Ever since her college days, Crystal envisioned opening up her own restaurant. It will be called:
“Crystal’s Love Cafe ~ Where Everything’s Made With Love.”
The business plan is currently under construction. Crystal plans to open her first location in the near, near future. After 20+ years of working in the restaurant industry, Crystal will make her dream a reality. She has climbed the way up from host to server to bartender extraordinaire to shift supervisor to bar manager to service manager to general manager. She likes to say that she wears all hats at work. One minute she’s floating the floor supporting the front of house, and the next minute she’s bussing tables to the kitchen and helping out with the dishes.
Crystal has learned how to cook since she was a young girl watching the Food Network. Her mama and pops also taught her a few tricks in the kitchen, and she learned even more about kitchen management over her many years in the industry. She owns every vegan cookbook she could get her hands on and uses her heart and intuition to make beautiful, tasty creations for all that she serves.
Her concept will be loved by many, and she bought that domains for locations in LA, OC, NYC, NJ, and Hawaii! Who knows where she’ll land first. The sky is the limit! Her mission is to bring all the love and beauty through a nourishing, delicious food and beverage program. From fresh juices to smoothies to mocktails to fantastic plant-based cuisine, every ounce of deliciousness will be made to nourish your soul and light up your life.
